Your JEKKAH item will be packaged and ready for dispatch within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will always endeavour to send your order ASAP wherever possible.
All items are sent using Tracked & Signed service where available. Certain countries do not support tracked & signed so we will send via tracked service.
If your items are back-ordered we will keep you updated as to delivery times along the way.

- International orders under £80 value: £5 shipping cost

We currently offer standard shipping to most locations globally where we have had demand, however we are happy to arrange international delivery elsewhere if your country is not listed at checkout. Please email us at email@example.com and we can, in most cases, organise a quote for delivery.
*Please note: orders shipped outisde of the UK can be subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if a return or refund is required and we will notify you of the address to send your item back to. The below guidelines will always apply:
If your JEKKAH item is damaged or faulty then please send it back to us (within 14 days) and we will send you a new item at no extra cost.
If you are unhappy with the size of your JEKKAH item, please send it back to us (within 14 days) and we will send you a different size depending on stock availability. If the exact item is not available in your desired size then we will offer you a choice in a different style. We recommend you see our sizing guide before you purchase as customers must pay for postage of the new item if there is a sizing issue.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty then please send the item back to us within 14 days, in all original packaging and we will offer you a full refund minus applicable postage costs.
*All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out.
